Troubleshooting
Tracking information misalignment during shooting
- Due to SLAM misdetection, the shooting guide and virtual screen may become misaligned with the real space during shooting.
- If misalignment occurs, pointing the camera at a nearby object or the ground may restore the alignment.
- If the misalignment is severe and cannot be restored, restarting the app and reshooting may be necessary.
Cases where shooting cannot be continued
- In addition to the above positional discrepancies, shooting may become impossible due to issues such as poor connection between the camera and iPhone, battery depletion, or app malfunction. In such cases, restart the iPhone app and camera, and reshoot the relevant scene from the beginning.
iPhone Battery
- The battery life of the iPhone varies depending on usage, but approximately one hour of continuous use is a general guideline. For extended shooting sessions, there is a risk of the battery running out, so we recommend bringing a portable battery charger and charging the device during breaks in shooting.
If all markers cannot be captured
- In some cases, it may not be possible to shoot at every marker position due to obstacles or the size of the space. In such cases, take photos by pressing the shutter as close to the markers as possible. A minimum of 80 photos must be taken.
