Q. Is there a free plan I can try?
A. Yes. When you create an XYN account, you are automatically enrolled in the Free plan and can use eligible applications and features right away.
If you cancel a paid plan or your subscription ends, you return to the Free plan.
Q. What is a plan, and what types are available?
A. A plan bundles licenses for multiple XYN applications with Tokens.
Available plan types
XYN offers plans as monthly or six-month subscriptions. You can also purchase additional Tokens separately from a plan.

Annual contracts
If you would like an annual contract, contact us to discuss your needs.
Q. Can I change my plan?
A. Yes. You can change plans or switch between monthly and six-month billing at any time. Your new plan starts as soon as you submit the change.
Changing your plan
Go to “Account” > “Plan”, then select “Manage Plan”.
Tokens already granted
Tokens granted under your previous plan remain available until their respective expiration dates. Tokens included with your new plan are granted immediately after the change.
Before you downgrade
Each plan includes different licenses. After the renewal date that follows your plan change, some applications may no longer be available.
Multiple plans
You can't have more than one plan active on the same account at the same time.
Q. Can I turn off automatic renewal, and what happens if I do?
A. Yes. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time. Once it's off, your plan won't renew on the next renewal date, and you won't be charged again.
Turning off automatic renewal
Go to “Home” > “Account” > “Plan”, then turn off automatic renewal.
After you turn it off
You can keep using your current plan until the next renewal date.
Until then, you can turn automatic renewal back on at any time. If automatic renewal is still off on the next renewal date, your subscription plan ends and you return to the Free plan.
Licenses and Tokens after you turn it off
Application licenses already granted remain available until the next renewal date. Tokens already granted remain available for six months from the date they were granted. You can check expiration dates on your account page.
Cancellation fees and refunds
No cancellation fee applies when you turn off automatic renewal. No refund is issued for the remainder of the current term.
When you can purchase a new plan
You can't have multiple subscription plans on the same account at the same time. If you turn off automatic renewal, you can purchase a new plan after the next renewal date.
To switch to a different plan before your current term ends, change your plan instead.
Q. When does my subscription plan renew?
A. Subscription plans renew based on the purchase date.
Term and renewal date
For a monthly plan, the same date in the following month becomes the next renewal date. For example, if you purchase on January 15, your plan is valid through February 14 and renews on February 15.
If the following month doesn't have that date, the last day of that month becomes the end date. For example, if you purchase on March 31, your plan is valid through April 30 and renews on May 1.
Six-month subscription plans renew every six months.

We send renewal reminders three days and one day before your renewal date.
