Do I need a Microsoft account to use the application?
Yes. Before using XYN Motion Studio, you will need to prepare a separate Microsoft account ID that is not linked to an Enterprise subscription.
Note:
- XYN Motion Studio cannot be used with a Microsoft account that is linked to a company email address associated with an Enterprise subscription.
- A Microsoft account with a personal email address is required for access.
- There are no network environment restrictions (e.g., company network) when using XYN Motion Studio.

I downloaded XYN Motion Studio from the Microsoft Store web download page, but cannot start it.
If you have restricted installation of Microsoft Store applications on your PC, you will not be able to launch XYN Motion Studio after downloading it from the Microsoft Store website. Please ensure that your PC environment allows installation of Microsoft Store applications before downloading XYN Motion Studio.
Is XYN Motion Studio required to perform motion capture?
No. XYN Motion Studio allows you to progress from capture to editing and utilizing motion data. For motion capture only, mocopi can be connected to the mocopi mobile app or the mocopi PC app.

I am using mocopi PC App. How do I upgrade to XYN Motion Studio?
You will need to cancel your mocopi PC App and subscription and sign up for XYN Motion Studio.
In which applications can camera blending be used? What are the required specifications of the camera to be connected?
Camera blending can be used with the mocopi PC app and XYN Motion Studio. The camera blending functionality is camera device independent, so any PC-compatible webcam with a USB connection (including those built into laptop PCs) will work.
Which apps can I use to capture in mocopi Professional mode (12 points)?
The mocopi Professional mode (12 points) requires the purchase of a sensor data receiver and a sensor band.
Is it compatible with motion data files that are not from mocopi?
At the moment, only mocopi motion data files are supported. Motion data from sources other than mocopi will be supported in future updates.
What do I need to use XYN Motion Studio?

Which standard motions can I use?
BVH and FBX captured by mocopi can be used. BVH and FBX data other than mocopi will be supported in future updates.

Is the motion data in the preset library of XYN Motion Studio available for commercial use?
The Sony's preset motion data available for download in XYN Motion Studio may be used for commercial purposes.
Is the motion data in the preset library of XYN Motion Studio still available for commercial use "after the termination of the contract"?
The motion data in the preset library downloaded during the contract remains avaiable for commercial use even after the termination of the contract.
