XYN offers five pricing plans: Free, three fixed-price Creation plans, and Custom for large-scale production.
Each Creation plan includes application licenses and Tokens that can be used to generate 3D CG assets. Tokens are a digital usage unit shared across XYN, consumed when generating 3D CG assets in applications such as XYN Spatial Scan. Creation plans grant Tokens automatically for the duration of your contract.

Estimated Token Usage

Pay only for what you generate

Tokens are consumed when you generate 3D CG assets. The amount used depends on settings such as the number of input images and the quality level. If you run out, you can purchase additional Tokens at the price set for your plan.

Each quality level can be used for any of the listed generation counts. For example, 500 Tokens coverers either 2 generations at Enhanced Quality or 3 generations at Basic Quality. The expiration date is 6 months from the date of issuance. Tokens are nonrefundable whether they are unused, partially used, or fully used.

Frequently Asked Questions

Important Information Regarding XYN Accounts
XYN accounts are a service that authenticates users using SSO accounts. They do not use email addresses for authentication.

You can easily sign in to XYN using your Sony ID, Google Account, or Microsoft Account. If you don’t have one of these accounts, please create the account of your choice.

We do not currently support organizational accounts (such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) issued and managed by your company or school. Please note that you cannot sign in with accounts managed by your company’s authentication infrastructure.

Even if you’re using a work email address, you can still use it as long as it’s a “personal account” created with that email address.

What is a plan?
A plan bundles licenses for multiple XYN applications with Tokens. Plans are available from the XYN Store as monthly or six-month subscriptions.
What is a Token?
Token is the prepaid digital usage unit(s) consumed by XYN services, such as when generating 3DCG assets with XYN Spatial Scan.
Is there a free plan I can try?
All users who create an XYN account are automatically enrolled in the Free plan and can use eligible applications and features. For details, please see the plan page.

Is the Token consumption fixed?
Generation is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. The number of Tokens required for generation varies primarily based on the following factors:
・Image quality preset settings
・Input image resolution settings
・Number of splats
・Color profile settings
・Number of photos used for generation
What is the Token's expiration date?
The expiration date is 6 months from the date of issuance.

Example: If you subscribe to the Creation 500 monthly plan on October 27 and purchase an additional 500 Tokens on November 1
The Tokens for the monthly plan are issued on October 27, and they are valid for 6 months from October 27. The 500 Tokens purchased on November 1 are valid for 6 months starting on November 1.
Can I purchase Tokens as needed?
Yes. You can purchase additional Tokens as needed without a subscription.
Are Tokens returned if generation fails?
If generation fails due to an error, the Tokens reserved for the job are returned. However, Tokens that expire while generation is in progress will not be returned.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can change plans or switch between monthly and six-month billing at any time. Your new plan begins immediately after you submit the change.
Are there any things to keep in mind when changing plans?
Since the licenses included vary by plan, there may be some applications that you will no longer be able to use after the renewal date following a plan change.
Are there any cancellation fees or penalties when I cancel my subscription?
If you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will not renew after the next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
You can continue using your current plan until the next renewal date. No cancellation fee applies, and no refund is issued for the remaining period. You can turn auto-renewal back on at any time before the next renewal date. If auto-renewal remains off when the renewal date arrives, your subscription will end.

Prices are in USD and exclude taxes calculated at checkout. Your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees. Paid plans automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. Cancel in account settings before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Tokens expire six months after grant and are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes apply at the next renewal.
