Usage Notes

Availability after payment

Once your credit card payment is complete, your Tokens and plan are available immediately.

Turning off automatic renewal and ending a subscription

You can turn off automatic renewal for your subscription at any time. After you turn it off, you can keep using your current plan until the next renewal date. No cancellation fee applies, and no refund is issued for the remainder of the term. Until the next renewal date, you can turn automatic renewal back on at any time. If automatic renewal is still off on the next renewal date, your subscription ends.

Refunds

As a general rule, Tokens are nonrefundable, whether they are unused, partially used, or fully used, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds are also not available if you purchase a plan or Tokens by mistake, or if you forget to turn off automatic renewal.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account information, data, licenses, remaining Tokens, and their history. No refund is issued when you delete your account.
