Q. What account do I need to use XYN?

A. You need an XYN account to use XYN services. Sign in with your existing Sony, Google, or Microsoft account, and the XYN account creation screen appears.

Accounts you can use to sign in

XYN uses single sign-on (SSO). You can sign in with any of the following accounts:

  • Sony account
  • Google account
  • Microsoft account

If you already have one of these accounts, you can use it to sign in and create your XYN account. If you don't have any of them, create an account with one of these services first.

If you use XYN from a corporate network, we recommend signing in with a Google or Microsoft account.

You can't sign in with an account issued or managed by a company or school. You can still use a company email address if you created the account as a personal account.

Creating an XYN account

The first time you sign in, the XYN account creation screen appears. Enter your company name, your name, and your country/region of residence, then agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to create your account.

For detailed steps, see the following article:

After you create your XYN account

When you create an XYN account, you are automatically enrolled in the Free plan and can start trying eligible applications and features right away.

Q. Can I sign in on multiple smartphones with the same account?

A. Yes. The XYN account system lets you sign in on multiple smartphones with the same account.

Signing in from multiple locations

If you sign in from multiple locations, the service you use to sign in, such as Google, may block authentication.

Q. What should I do if I select the wrong ID while signing in?

A. Cancel the process or sign out, then sign in again with the correct ID.
